Konari • コナリ
After departing from his career as a Konoha ANBU intelligence recovery specialist and medical ninja, Konari finds himself swept into the world of government and diplomacy during a time of immense international turmoil.Serving as personal counsel to the son of the Hi no Kuni Daimyō before and during the Third Great Shinobi World War, Konari drafts proposals and resolutions for treaties around the world in service of The Land of Fire and its allies, traveling across nations until being recalled to Konohagakure no Sato to train a team of genin in specialized medical ninjutsu.After his pupils diverged on new paths to join other teams or captain squads of their own, Konari accepts a role in the Hokage office as Village Fulfillment Liason, a role which tasks him with advocating on behalf of civilian or otherwise non-shinobi villagers to ensure that Konoha shinobi are meeting a mandatory domestic mission quotas.
These quotas mandating a minimum number of fulfilled D-rank and C-rank missions within the borders of The Land of Fire, while unpopular among many ranking Konoha shinobi, are designed to maximize the benefits provided to the village's people by its most costly investment. In the wake of Pain's attack on the village, the Office of Village Fulfillment—and Konari, at its helm—spearhead the organized rebuilding efforts and aid disbursement to the displaced.As a man who has since traveled across the world, Konari has become a bit of an experimental gourmand in his golden years. With a taste for the strange and unusual, he has a weakness for exotic flavors and unique dishes that cannot be found anywhere else. There are few things in life Konari will not try at least once.Konari is most well-known for his Yume-ori no Jutsu or "Dream Weaver" technique. Using a point of touch, Konari can cast this genjutsu on a subject to sift through their memories, including those which have been repressed into a subject's subconscious. Although it is a time-consuming and taxing chakra-intense genjutsu, Yume-ori has a high success rate for information extraction with patience and a primed subject. 油女ハル • Aburame Haru
Aburame Haru is a kunoichi from the Aburame clan who, as a blind shinobi, deploys her kikaichū as a sensory extension of her body. Apart from their utility as a way to help her get around, Haru’s parasitic insects can also deliver a benign numbing effect while biting and burrowing beneath the skin, their secretions capable of acting as a local anesthetic and paralytic.Regardless of her low vision, Haru's skills in hand-to-hand combat are the strongest of her team, an asset which enabled her to exceed them in their first attempt at the Chūnin Exams.Haru’s personality is generally subdued and it can be incredibly difficult to know what she is thinking based on how she emotes, which is often highly exuberant, even at times when the elation would be considered inappropriate. Sometimes, it is hard to hear her crack jokes without wondering if she is actually making veiled threats.
As an Academy student, Haru was one of the most gifted in her class, proving to be a fantastic test-taker. Nara Suzuka • 奈良スズカ
Suzuka is a medical ninja from the Nara clan who specializes in apothecary or pharmaceutical medicine-making as well as his clan’s other—more widely-known—jutsus which harness and manipulate shadows. Suzuka’s most-used shadow-manipulation, Eijū no Jutsu or Shadow Beast Technique, conjures shadow-puppet animals infused with his chakra which are capable of limited mass, enabling them to interact with people and objects. This technique is used frequently by Suzuka as a scouting tool, especially when locating sick and injured shinobi in the field and, occasionally, transporting them.Overall, Suzuka is very rules-oriented and prone to micro-managing others, often clashing heads with Chiyumi (especially where medical expertise is concerned). Suzuka can sometimes be perceived as an anxious and bossy person—albeit from of a place of concern—and strongly dislikes being underestimated. Although he isn’t impulsive, as Haru is more-often known to be, Suzuka can also come off as headstrong and stubborn.
Gaining Chūnin status just prior to Pain's attack on Konohagakure, Suzuka became a backup team captain for scouting teams in the time leading up to and during the Fourth Great Shinobi World War; in the rebuilding period proceeding both these incidents, Suzuka's Eijū no Jutsu was deployed in combination with additional sensory techniques as a supportive surveillance tool while rebuilding Konoha's protective infrastructure.Birthday: 19th December (♐︎); Age: 18 (Naruto Part I); 21 (Naruto Part II); 40 (Boruto)

相馬チユミ • Sōma Chiyumi
Chiyumi is a medical ninja from the Sōma clan. They are an adept wielder of Chakra no Mesu (chakra scalpel) technique. In lieu of combative ninjutsu, Chiyumi is an above-average blade wielder who holds contracts with a wide variety of minor summoning animals such as: a ninja ferret named Hanako, a genet named Hoshiko, a weasel named Fuyuko, an otter named Sachiko, a red cat-bear named Aiko, and a badger named Junko who act as their assistants in battle.Chiyumi is an awkward person who sometimes comes off as a nervous speaker outside the confines of their work as a medic. Although they are not always the most confident individual, Chiyumi finds that communication comes easier when it's for the sake of a patient's care. Some of their quirks are sometimes seen by other members of Team 22 as bizarre, especially their indifference to Konari’s tastes in strange food and their own clan’s odd and secretive practices, as well as their niche interest in things like the burgeoning field of human behavioral studies.
As a member of the small and elusive Sōma people, Chiyumi is one of only a few shinobi to emerge from their clan. Their desire to see the world outside Konohagakure no Sato drew them toward the path they walked as a member of Team 22, later continuing their work as a traveling medical practitioner after the events of the Fourth Great Shinobi World War.Coming from a small clan whose medical expertise is known within Konoha for pioneering surgical techniques, particularly in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology, Chiyumi carries a passion for comprehensive healthcare and community medicine.Birthday: 9th September (♍︎); Age: 19 (Naruto Part I); 21 (Naruto Part II); 41 (Boruto)
